Author note

Donald Fry, Christopher Grace, and Penelope Middelboe share a passion for social history and their very different careers (running the Shakespeare Schools Festival, heading up Channel 4 Wales' Animation Department, producing and writing award-winning adaptations of Shakespeare and Chaucer and writing) have involved bringing other voices to a wide audience. This is the first book they have produced together.
