Author note

Tanya Landman runs Storybox Theatre, a touring puppet theatre for children, with her husband Rod Burnett. She is the author of the junior novel Waking Merlin (9781406302509) and its sequel Merlin's Apprentice (9781406302011); two novels about William Popidopolis, The World's Bellybutton (9781406300895) and The Kraken Snores (9781406307061); and a series for younger children, Flotsam and Jetsam (9781844281190), Flotsam and Jetsam and the Stormy Surprise (9781406302806) and Flotsam and Jetsam and the Grooof (9781406307054).
