Bramah, Ernest

Private inquiry agent Mr Carlyle, urgently seeking an authoritative opinion on the provenance of an antique coin, is directed to the home of Mr Carrados, expert numismatist and specialist in identifying forgeries. Upon his arrival, the two men recognise each other as old schoolmates, and Carlyle is shocked to discover that his friend is now completely blind.
