Reviews

I bought my copy of this book more years ago than I can count ... I remain loyal to this trusted volume, and am so happy to see a reissue which makes the title available to those who missed it in its original edition
Nigella.com||Diane Seed is one of the few foreigners to take Italian food to her heart. She has a very big knowledge of it and in this she has written about pasta sauces thoroughly
Antonio Carluccio||To talk of pasta, the essence of the family, is like telling the story of the people and Seed, with her sensitivity for the food and for Italian culture, is one of its great interpreters
