Accounts have expiry dates to provide a check that users still qualify for library membership and to confirm or update their contact details. Near to the expiry date you will see an alert in your account summary.

If your account expires you will no longer be able to carry out actions such as renewing loans and reserving items.

To reset your account expiry date, or to re-activate your account if it has expired, please do one of the following:

  • Complete our Keep in Touch form
  • Call into a library Find a library
  • Telephone 0300 123 6703
  • To comply with Data Protection you will need to confirm your details or provide proof of identity.
