The maps were drawn by Christopher Saxton and engraved by a variety of individuals, 1574-8.
In this issue the letterpress index is in three columns (as defined by the horizontal brackets at top). A double-page plate has been added with coats of arms on left and a catalogue of cities on right. Variant: the right-hand side has been left blank.
Watermark: bunch of grapes which is believed to be the earliest printing.
